 Grace’s U.S.-based headquarters launched the “Grace Community Works” volunteer outreach program at the end of 2005 – aimed at encouraging volunteer participation and recognizing employees who so generously give their time, knowledge and energy to the community. As part of that effort, Grace China maintains community involvement at the core of its corporate culture, while actively adapting it to China’s local culture.
 We understand the importance of a good education as one of the key issues in China’s Sustainable Development policy, particularly for underprivileged groups. Grace China focuses community stewardship efforts on supporting learning, from elementary schools through universities. Grace sponsors university scholarship programs, actively supports a community volunteering program, makes donations to a community education facility and champions environmental education programs.
