| Senior SAP Systems Analyst – Shanghai, China |

This job is based in K Wah, Shanghai
Job Duties:
Coordinator of all project based staff concerned with planning, implementation and support for all business systems (SAP and related systems) for Grace Asia/Pacific. Works closely with the SAP Competence Center, the SAP Project Manager, the Business Relationship Manager – Asia/Pacific and business functional managers to set workplan priorities, devise a post implementation support strategy and an ongoing training plan for all business systems, and prepare justifications for planned system improvements. Is expected to act as lead business systems analyst in one SAP module in addition to the management responsibilities.
- 1. Lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module business process implementation team and actively
participate in implementation tasks with the project team
- Provide support for Grace standard business systems other than SAP
Job Requirement:
- Undergraduate degree-level education, preferably in Accounting or IT
- 5-7 years of of solid SAP FICO experience in a senior support role, preferably in a multi-national manufacturing
- The person should process excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good
- Standard of English, if this is not the native tongue
- Experience in integrated ERP system development, have experience in at least 2 full cycle SAP implementation and support
- Knowledge of and familiarity with project management techniques is essential
- Good knowledge of business practices and ability to work with product line management and staff as an advisor in IT strategy development.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications is required
- Ability to work as part of a regional/global “virtual” team and to work independently and remotely
- Ability to travel to locations and quickly solve problems in a manner that supports global IT Strategies
