This job is based in K Wah, Shanghai

Job Duties:
Prepare and analysis of monthly financial results, development of budgets, quarterly estimates and calendarized budgets for respective business unit in Asia Pacific. Be responsible for fulfilling the reporting requirements of both corporate and regional product line management. 

1. Fulfill the reporting requirements of both corporate and global product line management including commentaries, quarterly operating reports, tracking reports.
   
   
2. Monthly review and maintenance of financial database.
   
   
3. Support product line management with timely analyses of operating results.
   
   
4. Assist product line management in coordinating annual strategy, capital spending and business plan reviews.
   
   
5. Assist product line management in coordinating and/or preparing PADs and charts enquired for the approval of major capital appropriations.
   

1. University Degree in Accounting or Finance. 
   
   
2. CPA preferred.
   
   
3. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in preparing, interpreting & communicating 　 financial statements. 
   
   
4. Analytical and ability to deal effectively with upper management. 
   
   
5. Initiative and ability to work independently. 
   
   
6. Good self- organization skills.
   
   
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
