This job is based in K Wah, Shanghai

Job Duties:

1. Assist in preparing Annual Operational Plan (AOP) Packages for Asia Pacific Construction Products.
   
   
2. Assist in preparing Monthly, Quarterly and annual latest estimate.
   
   
3. Assist in preparing Strategic Plan for future 3 years.
   
   
4. Consolidate sales forecast, prepare sales comparison and margin analysis for business units
   
   
5. Prepare the Monthly Operational Package (MOR) for management meetings.
   
   
6. Prepare Ad Hoc reporting/analysis to business units.
   
   
7. Review and co-ordinate with SAP support on sales group code setup in SAP
   
   
8. Prepare and monitoring the monthly Sales Incentive accrual process to make sure the SI has been sufficiently accrued.
   
   
9. Cross function projects, e.g. working with 6 sigma on cost/expenses reductions.
   
   
10. Any Other Assignments per requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring in accountancy/finance
   
   
2. CPA or ACCA is preferred
   
   
3. At least 5 years working experience in related area in MNC
   
   
4. Good business sense
   
   
5. Fluent oral and written in English
   
   
6. Good management and communication skill
   
   
7. Sharp to figures and eager to study figures
   
   
8. Hands on attitude, can work under pressure
