Job Description:
Responsible for tax, treasury and corporate reporting for all Grace entities in Shanghai

Job Duty:

1. Prepare all tax bureau required documents for Grace entities in Shanghai, including VAT refund for export
   
   
2. Prepare all tax including deferred tax reports required by US and analyze tax arrangement, such as TPA
   
   
3. Liaison with local tax bureau and tax consultant
   
   
4. Liaison with bank for company loan arrangement
   
   
5. Liaison with SAFE for all SAFE requirements and issues
   
   
6. Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast
   
   
7. Prepare related documents and liaison with local consultant, related authority for license revision
   
   
8. Prepare related reports required by US corporate/tax

Job Requirement:

1. University degree, major in accounting, finance or taxation
   
   
2. Three years working experience as similar job description
   
   
3. At least Five years of working experience in manufacturing WOFE or tax consulting company. Preferably with Big Four accounting firm working experience.
   
   
4. Strong knowledge of local GAAP, SAFE policy and tax policy
   
   
5. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, leadership quality , maturity, independence, resourcefulness and analytical mind.
   
   
6. Good command of English, both written and spoken
   
   
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
   
   
8. SAP knowledge is preferable though not essential
