The Job is based in Guangzhou.
Job Description:
To lead area sales team to provide technical service and support to Grace customers with overall responsibility for specific areas as assigned.
To create sales opportunities and demands for Grace products.
Job Duties:
- Lead sales team to promote good customer relations by provision of technical support and service.
- Identify, create and develop sales opportunities and demands for products in his/her responsible territory.
- Cooperate with other department for product delivery and controlling account receivable.
- Control and approve area sales team’s selling expense.
- Provide new and existing customers with technical advice and recommendations for proper application of 6.Grace products.
- Conduct market surveys and participate in planning and forecasting existing product line and new product developments.
- Establish technical credibility with customers at all levels.
- Submit monthly reports to support ongoing review of operation success to meet establish marketing goal. 10.Submit sales pipeline and forecast for responsible area.
- Assist the Supervisor in the preparation of management reports, annual budgets, marketing strategies and programs.
- Perform such other duties which may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- More than 5 years experience preferred as technical and/or support in cement industry.
- Experience in technical or sales administration an advantage.
- Good English language skills.
- Strong leadership and persuasive communication skills
- University degree in relevant Engineering or Sciences field.
