Job Description:
To provide technical support and technical advice to customers, distributor and sales on all matters relating to coatings formulation and application

Job Duties:

1. To provide technical support and effective technical advice to customers or potential customers in China, solving customer’s problems related to product application and assisting customers in field test
   
   
2. To provide technical input for development of technical literature to support the regional Sales & Marketing
   
   
3. To support Sales in new product introduction
   
   
4. To provide product & technical application training to sales, distributors & customers
   
   
5. To perform all necessary tests, evaluation and report writing in the TCS laboratory
   
   
6. To maintain all TCS laboratory equipments
   
   
7. To ensure the TCS laboratory safety, handling and storage of hazardous material is operated in conformance to local safety and environment regulations
   
   
8. To ensure the TCS laboratory is conform to the company ISO requirements
   
   
9. To carry out job function delegated/assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirement:

1. Possess a Degree in Coating Technology or Chemistry related field with minimum 3 years experience in coatings or coatings related industry
   
   
2. Good communication skills and team player
   
   
3. Minimum English skills-be able to read technical articles and write simple technical report preferably be able to communicate orally in English
   
   
4. Familiar with Microsoft Software application
